Owner of nearly 30 years, including eight on the shop floor. Since 1985 in this growing business Joel has managed all phases of customer service. Joel assists with arrangement of Bank Financing including Customer Credit Counseling. Joel annually works with a class of area driver's education students buying their first car, insurance, building their credit, and using it wisely. He also speaks from the standpoint of a victim of injuries sustained after being hit head-on by a drunk driver.

Tom Warner

Understanding a customer's needs is the first step toward long term customer satisfaction. Tom Warner had sold for the big pharmacuetical companies throughout the region for 16 years and yet also spent eight years working in residential treatment centers for children. As a father, Tom's interplay with coaches, fellow parents and teammates has left him with an ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. A taste of good humor brings a smile to many faces.

Pete has a unique ability to diagnose and find the root of a problem, that others miss, by looking at a system, it’s components and their functionality–Rather than just changing parts! Pete does an outstanding job of looking over a whole vehicle and making smart recommendations in order to ensure many safe and enjoyable miles of driving. Pete excels at the performance of a vast array of repair and maintenance services.

Matthew Osserman
Audi Certified Technician

Matthew has grown up surrounded by Volkswagen/Audi! At age three Matthew was helping his father install radios and at age five, Matthew was lubricating door handles in the summer heat. Time truly flies by and Matthew is driving a spotless Jetta with over 200,000 miles and had helped out in the shop. 2007 Matthew graduated UTI -- A high level Automotive Technical Institute and furthered his education in a training position in the Audi USA school. July 6, 2007 Matthew graduates the Audi Certified Tech Program and has accepted a position at Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany NJ!!!! We are VERY proud.
