Customer Service is Excellent, Worth the trip from Pete, Nancy and Select EuroCars,
I just wanted to thank you again for all the work you did on my Jetta. Your customer service is excellent and I really appreciate you taking the time to explain what was wrong with my car. You were very personable and honest about my car. Although I live in the Rochester area, I would drive to Waterloo any day to have you service my car. Although I had to drive to Select EuroCars 3 times in a row and was feeling a little frustrated at the time, I would do it again just knowing that you would take great care of me and my car! My finace was also very impressed! He has always said he would never buy a Volkswagen but after this positive experience he said he would definitely think about it! Thanks again Pete and I am very thankful for all you did! :)
